2. Ordering
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when the goods are dispatched.
3. Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is 5–10 working days. International shipping times vary by destination. Darkmere is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days of receiving the returned item. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
